We want your Easter experience at Ashland to be as seamless as possible, so here are some things you need to know:
Parking
Guest & Accessibility Parking
The paved lot at the front of the building is reserved for guests and those needing accessibility parking.
General Parking
General parking will be all around the building. Parking attendants will help you find your spot. Please follow their guidance so we can get everyone parked as quickly as possible.
Shuttle Parking
We encourage members to take advantage of our shuttle parking. Park in the lots of Live Well Chiropractic and the VFW (American Legion Post 12). Shuttles will transport volunteers to these lots from 8 AM to 9:45 AM in 15-minute intervals. Sign up for shuttle parking here.
Kids
God loves kids, and so do we!
All kids will be checked in at the Ashland Kids check-in station. Then, parents will be led to drop them off in their classroom (see map). Kids aged 1st-3rd grade will be safely led to Excel, where they’ll hear the wonder of Jesus’ resurrection through the eyes of someone who witnessed it (a Roman soldier!), make crafts, and play in the gym. At the end of our worship service, they’ll be brought back to their original check-in classroom. Kids aged nursery-Kindergarten will stay in their same classroom where they’ll also hear the Easter story, make crafts, and enjoy a fun activity!
Parents will pick up their kids in the same classroom where they were dropped off.
Easter Photos
We want to make your Easter Sunday memorable! Our Creative Team will have a photo wall up on the southeast corner of the building. The queue line for photos will start on the south side of the building. A link to an online photo gallery will be provided for you to download your photo later that day.
Hospitality
Purdy’s coffee, tea, and water will be provided at our Hospitality Table outside on the south side of the building.
