What is the first thing that comes to mind when you hear the word holiness?

Why do we tend to think of holiness as a negative thing instead of something that is good for us? 

God’s faithfulness in Jesus proves He desires our good. Are there certain commandments in the Bible that cause you to doubt His goodness? If he really wanted my good He would not command ____________. 

Israel was to be distinct from the nations when it came to their homes and their worship. How should we be distinct from the world when it comes to our families and our worship?
